The Hopkins and Allen I have is a 1901 Forehand Model. The bolt was never blued.Infact, the bolt might be in worse shape than anything on the gun.It is the only place where there is any noticeable rust. Its very little, but its there. It is the Sun type symbol with RA below it. It does have all the markings and the Argentine crest on the gun. They have import stamps from the company that imported it. I have a few WW2 guns that were imported and pieced together. The serials all match so unless the bolt was physically bent, it is the original bolt. I am not disagreeing, but here is why I don't think this is what happened. I was thinking about the suggestion that it was an import.
